Chief Executive Officer

Alison Moss has had a successful and extensive career within the aged care industry. She has been in her current role of Chief Executive Officer since 2003 and has led the organisation through massive transformational change, as well as managed large capital projects.

 

She describes herself as a strong values based leader with a vision to transform the aged care sector through a focus on great relationships, customer centricity, positive culture and innovation. With the aged care sector experiencing unprecedented change and increased scrutiny on quality of life, Alison’s attributes as being a problem solver, coupled with the strategic vision of Benevolent Living will enable the community to identify new opportunities and continue to provide the best care to all residents.  

 

Alison has an Advance Diploma of Management (Adv Dipl Mgmt), is an Accredited Prosci Change Manager (2017), holds a Fellowship of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (FIML) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD). She has also been an active member and held committee positions in the CQ Regional Leading Aged Services Queensland membership group and has served as a Director on the AnglicareCQ board for three years (2015 to 2018).
