At Benevolent Living, we are transforming aged care as you know it. We saw a real opportunity to provide the Central Queensland community with something more than just a ‘nursing home’ or isolating, gated retirement village. We know that seniors prefer to age in their own communities surrounded by places that are familiar and close to family and friends. The Terraces - One Bedroom Apartment

With natural light, green spaces, and high-quality interiors and room design, The Terraces, is more boutique hotel than aged care. Our brand new one-bedroom apartments will have a combined lounge and dining room with a kitchenette, where you will be able to prepare light meals including breakfast and lunch with a separate bedroom and bathroom for privacy and comfort. These apartments will be perfect for married couples or someone who would like extra room and additional services. Features: Kitchenette to prepare light meals, tea/coffee making facilities Double bed for couples to sleep together or two single beds in the same room depending on preference Bespoke joinery including built-in cabinetry with ample storage Spectacular views over Wandal Heights or Benevolent’s Town Square Premium fixtures and finishes Specialist technology to assist with hearing, mobility and safety
The Terraces - Suite

With natural light, green spaces, and high-quality interiors and room design, The Terraces, is more boutique hotel than aged care. Our brand new suites will have a 29.5 m2 bedroom with a private ensuite and will include all services and amenities offered at Benevolent Living. Features: Bespoke joinery including built-in cabinetry with ample storage Spectacular views over Wandal Heights or Benevolent’s Town Square Premium fixtures and finishes Specialist technology to assist with hearing, mobility and safety
Premium Private Room

Be swept away with wonderful garden and courtyard views to be enjoyed from our Premium Private Rooms. Featuring a spacious bedroom, sitting area and a private ensuite our Premium Room will quickly become your home away from home. Enjoy the serenity of your room or socialise with friends in our lounge, dining, communal garden and Coffee Shop. Benevolent Living will ensure you live the life you want with the support you need in a friendly and safe environment.
