Incident management is an essential part of Benevolent Living’s organisational governance, in particular its care governance, work health and safety, and Risk Management Frameworks. This policy specifically relates to the management of incidents resulting from the provision of care and service to Benevolent Living's residents.

Benevolent Living ensures residents identifying as LGBTI receive inclusive care in an environment free from discrimination or abuse and supports the individual’s right to sexual expression and gender identification.
