Carols in the Carpark 2020

This year has been filled with many ups and many downs thanks to a global pandemic. But as much as possible we have tried to keep normality in the day-to-day lives of our residents at Benevolent Living. One of the most important events of our calendars every year is our annual Carols in the Carpark. And this year more than ever it was important for us to be able to host this event for residents, their friends and families.

Our annual Carols in the Carpark brings together people from all walks of life and all ages. Residents, families, friends, volunteers, staff and our Board Members are all able to enjoy the festive season together. The night was a way for us to reconnect after a turbulent year where some months we weren't able to see our loved one.

The highlights for this year were definitely Vienna Jackson performing a selection of her competition Irish Dances, Viv and Karen Jenkinson singing our favourite Christmas Carols and our new Benevolent Trishaws piloted by our two volunteers Peter and Susan.

Thank you to our incredible lifestyle staff for organising such a wonderful event.

Finally, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all residents, families, and supporters or Benevolent Living. We cannot wait to see what 2021 brings!
