We are now into our third year of our Customer Service Awards which helps us showcase the amazing work of our staff across all designations.
These are staff that are consistently going above and beyond the call of duty and ensuring that all our residents are living their lives based on health, wellness, meaning and purpose.
It is heart-warming to read the comments of residents and families when we asked for nominations.
The consistent theme is kind, caring, attentive, helpful and most importantly fun. I know we can be very task focussed and sometimes but it is so nice to hear residents remember a certain staff member as the person that made them laugh or smile that day.
Congratulations to all staff members, we could not deliver the exceptional care and services that we do without you all, but of course a special thanks must go to our award winners.

Cathy Reid and Jackie Whitefield – Level 2. Residents spoke of your humour and kindness, saying that you both can always bring a smile to their face and have a joke with them.
Mardy McKean – families found it very difficult to single out just one staff member and said you were all phenomenal, including Cathy, Lyn, Deb, Annie and Vickie.
Marina Busch – residents praised your kindness and attentiveness.
